All orders will be shipped the next business day. Tracking will be emailed when orders have been picked up by the carrier. Orders placed on Fridays or before holidays will ship the next available business day.

All orders ship from our Louisiana warehouse. Average shipping is 3 - 7 business days for delivery. Some exceptions may apply.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Email charles@collectorlife.com to start one. If your return is accepted we send you a prepaid return label, so return shipping is free. Once we receive and approve it, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us straight away and we'll make it right. Full details are in our refund policy.

Orders must be changed or cancelled before 12:00 PM CST the day after the order is placed. Once shipped, orders cannot be edited or cancelled.

Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before they ship.

CollectorLife.com sources as many products as possible directly from the manufacturer. When that is not possible we work with reputable distributors that have a long history of being trustworthy suppliers.

We understand that some collectibles are serious financial commitments. We will gladly provide proof of our seller authorizations or product invoices to prove they were sourced from a reputable distributor at customer request. Email us at orders@collectorlife.com for more info.

All advertised prices are final. Additional duties or fees will not be charged for any orders shipping within the US.

Since all CollectorLife.com inventory is already in the US, all tariffs have been paid by us. It is our mission to provide a transparent and convenient shopping experience for US collectors, and we take pride in keeping costs clean and easy to understand.

We do not ship internationally at this time. As our community of collectors grows we will be introducing international shipping. Please follow on social media or our newsletter to be notified when we do!

Orders of at least $55 USD (after discounts, excluding sales tax) are eligible for FREE shipping.

All other orders are charged $8 flat rate shipping.

Pre-order kits are new releases we’ve already ordered from our distributor. You reserve one now, and we ship it as soon as our stock arrives in Baton Rouge. Each product page shows Bandai’s Japan release month and our estimated ship window. We only open pre-orders on kits our distributor has confirmed, and only up to the number we’ve ordered, so if you get one, it’s coming.

You pick at checkout. “Reserve now, pay later” charges $0 today, and your card is charged when your order ships. “Full payment” charges the full price now. Your order email shows a due date. That’s only the latest date payment could be collected, not when we charge you.

When the kit lands with us. The estimate on the product page comes from Bandai’s Japan release date, and US stock usually follows 1–2 months later. Bandai sometimes moves dates. If yours moves, we’ll email you.

Same as any order: free over $55, $8 below that. With pay later, shipping is charged with the rest of your order when it ships.

Yes. Any time before it ships, no fee. If you chose pay later, nothing has been charged. If you paid in full, you get a full refund. Email orders@collectorlife.com with your order number.
