All orders will be shipped the next business day. Tracking will be emailed when orders have been picked up by the carrier. Orders placed on Fridays or before holidays will ship the next available business day.

All orders ship from our Louisiana warehouse. Average shipping is 3 - 7 business days for delivery. Some exceptions may apply.

All blind box product sales are final. Exceptions will be considered for manufacturer erros and will be resolved on a case by case basis.

Refunds and returns for anime figures, apparel, and accessories will be handled by emailing orders@collectorlife.com. Return shipping must be paid by the customer and will be subject to a $5 restocking fee.

Orders must be changed or cancelled before 12:00 PM CST the day after the order is placed. Once shipped orders cannot be edited or cancelled.

CollectorLife.com sources as many products as possible directly from the manufacturer. When that is not possible we work with reputable distributors that have a long history of being trustworthy suppliers.

We understand that some collectibles are serious financial commitments. We will gladly provide proof of our seller authorizations or product invoices to prove they were sourced from a reputable distributor at customer request. Email us at orders@collectorlife.com for more info.

All advertised prices are final. Additional duties or fees will not be charged for any orders shipping within the US.

Since all CollectorLife.com inventory is already in the US all tariffs have been paid by us. It is our mission to provide a transparent and convenient shopping experience for US collectors, and we take pride in keeping costs clean and easy to understand.

We do not ship internationally at this time. As our community of collectors grows we will be introducing international shipping. Please follow on social media or our newsletter to be notified when we do!

Orders of at least $50 USD (after discounts, excluding sales tax) will be eligable for FREE shipping.

Orders over $150 USD (after discounts, excluding sales tax) will be upgraded to FREE 2-Day shipping.

All other orders will receive $8 flat rate shipping.
