Zakupla-kun is the Zaku companion to Gunpla-kun, Bandai's mascot who is himself a Gunpla. That's the joke behind "1/1": the character is a model kit, so this is full size. It stands about 8 cm tall.
He comes armed like a proper Zaku, with the machine gun, bazooka and Heat Hawk, and the mono-eye moves. The DX part is the runner-style base: you can pop the built figure and weapons back onto a fake runner so it looks like an unbuilt kit. Quick, cheap and a good desk piece or gift for someone who builds.

Every part starts attached to a plastic frame called a runner. Snip each piece cleanly with nippers, close to the connection point.

This kit uses snap-fit engineering, so no glue is required. Parts click together with a secure, satisfying fit.

Clean up any leftover nub marks, apply the included stickers or decals, and add panel lining for extra depth if you like.
