Grassley's Heindree Sturm from Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, a variant of the Heindree.
It comes with the beam rifle, beam saber and shield. The back-mounted cannon swings forward to fire, the left-arm shield turns to the front, and ball joints at the neck and waist let it lean. No polycaps. The feet are small, so give it an Action Base if you pose it wide.
