This is Lucas Nemesis' custom Crossbone from Gundam Build Fighters Try: the X1 Full Cloth rebuilt as a Gunpla Battle machine, with the layered Full Cloth armor, molded in pearl white.
The weapon pile is the reason to buy it. You get the Muramasa Blaster, the Peacock Smasher, the Beam Zanber and Buster Gun (they join into the Zanbuster), beam sabers, heat daggers and a beam shield effect. The Skull Heads come off the shoulders and go on the hands as fist weapons, and the Full Cloth armor is removable.
Bandai first released it in 2015. If you want the manga colors instead, the HGUC Full Cloth (a 2020 Premium Bandai release) uses the same molds recolored.

Every part starts attached to a plastic frame called a runner. Snip each piece cleanly with nippers, close to the connection point.

This kit uses snap-fit engineering, so no glue is required. Parts click together with a secure, satisfying fit.

Clean up any leftover nub marks, apply the included stickers or decals, and add panel lining for extra depth if you like.
